This is not your average yoga and meditation class. It’s a playful, relaxed time to move, breathe, and bond with your kids and loved ones. We’ll stretch like animals, balance like trees, and laugh our way through poses together. Expect kid-friendly yoga poses, fun breathing techniques and meditation inspired crafts or activities.
No yoga experience needed—just a willingness to move, laugh, and be present. We might even roar.
Minimum age 5 years old. *Parents or Caregivers must attend with their kids*
