What to Expect

The event is centered around a guided practice of exploring our own erotic imagination, or sexual fantasies. This is an individual practice inside ourselves, so each person will be going on their own individual exploration during this practice. I will be guiding everyone through this practice. No prior experience is necessary.

Before we go into the practice, we'll begin with some introductions, so that we can get to know each other and help each other feel welcome in the group.

After the practice, we'll have space to share verbally with the group about what we experienced during the practice. Sharing is completely optional, as is everything else during this event.

I hope that this event will support everyone in knowing themselves better, and in feeling free and inspired in the realm of sexuality!
