About Monique

Monique lives in Los Angeles and leads retreats around the world together with her teacher Kike Pinto. She is devoted to teach and perform this beautiful Andean 10-string instrument in very inspiring and approachable ways.

If we have enough of participants who would like to purchase a Charango at the retreat center - we will order handmade beginners charangos from Pedro Quispe Torrez in Bolivia for a discounted price of $200. Requirements/Prerequisites/Notes

-An open heart and open mind.

-A charango (option to buy at the retreat, maybe possibly rent…)

-A desire to connect to music in a spiritual and healing way.

-Being on a path.

-No prior knowledge of the charango nor of music theory is necessary.

-An intake call will be available for those wishing to connect beforehand and establish an intention.

-Flow of retreat will be based on the magic of the participants.

-Come as you are! Open to all people, all ages, all orientations, all genders.

Cost:

• Full 3-Day retreat ($375.00) (delicious 2 meals per day included)
• One Day Only Saturday ($175.00) (with meals)
• Pre-ordered Charango ($200.00) - for those who don't own it.
• Possible discount if anyone wants to volunteer to cook. All required for Karma yoga.

Lodging:

• Stay in the yurt dorm (extra $25 for cleaninrg and bedding per night)
