Class Structure = 30mins of active breathwork + 30 mins of gong bath + a regenerative halotherapy session throughout. We will begin with a standing breathwork series followed by a seated breathwork series and complete the experience laying down on the salt for the gong bath. This class is suited to be beginner friendly and deeply transformative.
