This session works deeply to release suppressed emotions, stagnant energy, and unprocessed feelings.

Welcome to RA MA! We can't wait to see you.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to cofirm registration and get yourself set for practice.
  • A limited number of mats and meditation cushions are available for use, but if you have a favorite, please bring what you'd like.
  • Dress appropriately for yoga, meditation and free movement
  • We encourage you to bring your own vessel for water or tea which will be made available to your heart's content.
