This intimate gathering blends yoga, mindfulness, ecstatic dance, and group nutrition coaching to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

Awaken & Bloom: A Women’s Retreat in Greenville, SC

Join Ally, co-owner of Rebirth Retreat Center, Transformational Coach, and Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience, and Jessica Lee Reader, Master Nutrition Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and founder of Vitalized Body with 15+ years of holistic wellness expertise, for a transformative Women’s Retreat designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

This intimate gathering invites you to unwind, connect with others, and rejuvenate through a unique blend of yoga, mindfulness, ecstatic dance, and group coaching. Together, we’ll explore holistic nutrition and seasonal wellness practices to support your vitality.

You’ll experience relaxation and self-care in a nurturing environment while being empowered and uplifted through guided practices. This retreat provides the perfect opportunity to make meaningful connections with like-minded women, all while discovering tools to nourish your body and mind.

What You Will Experience:

Community Connection & Arrival:
As you arrive, take some time to settle in, enjoy herbal tea, and connect with fellow participants. This is a warm and inviting space to begin your retreat experience.

Outdoor Opening Circle & Nature Mandala:
We’ll open with a grounding meditation to center ourselves, followed by a nature-inspired mandala creation. We’ll gather natural elements and flowers to contribute to a collective mandala, setting intentions for the evening. The sounds of live handpan music will enhance this mindful practice. We’ll then gather around the mandala for introductions, creating a space of connection and shared purpose.

Group Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching: Cleansing for Mind, Body, and Soul:
We’ll explore ways to cleanse and nourish yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll discover how to align with your body’s natural rhythms and cultivate well-being. Bring a journal for reflective prompts and insights.

Ecstatic Dance, Somatic Yoga & Savasana:
Celebrate the energy of new beginnings with an expressive ecstatic dance session, followed by grounding somatic yoga and savasana. This movement experience will help you release stress, embrace joy, and connect with others through the freedom of self-expression.

Nourishing Seasonal Dinner & Community Connection:
We’ll end the evening by sharing a delicious seasonal meal, featuring comforting dishes. Vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options will be available, ensuring everyone can enjoy the meal. This is a time to relax, share stories, and deepen your connections in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Raspberry Cheesecake Bliss Balls (delicious and satisfying!)

We’ll also have coffee, delicious tea, veggies with hummus, and nuts to snack on throughout the day.

Price: $129 per attendee (includes all activities, a delicious dinner, snacks, tea, and coffee)

What to Wear and Bring: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and bring your yoga mat. Blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your favorite blanket for extra comfort during the coaching session (or you may choose to sit on the floor or mat).
