14th Annual Sacred Fire Council House Fiesta + Protection Blessing

Spring New Moon - We Dance & Celebrate + Collect Sacred Ashes

On the new moon nearest Spring Equinox, we offer a Fiesta to celebrate.

This sacred home loves a good Dance Party!

The Sacred Fire Council House supports and protects people and the Sacred Fire which holds us in its presence. On March 10th, 2012, the Council House was consecrated with offerings and a special ceremony. Over 100 people were woven together through Fire, traditional song, prayer and dancing. Join us for this annual birthday party.

In addition, this year we offer you something very special - - Sacred Ashes! As stewards of this consecrated hearth, our firekeepers are charged with the responsibility of caring for the ashes that Grandfather Fire has produced through the power of transformation. At certain times, people are invited to come to this sacred place and collect ashes for the benefit and protection of their homes and land. This is one of those rare and special times.

4:00 - 7:00 pm - If you are unable to join us for the Fiesta, come earlier to collect sacred ash to protect your home and land. Instructions on use of the ash are given when you arrive.

6:00 - 7:00 pm - set up for Fiesta - come early & help.

7:00 - 10:00 pm - gather in council house - collect ashes - light fire - honor council house - dancing & snacks & desserts.
